Away from the craziness and fullness of everyday life, campers are thrown into a realm of positive peer pressure encouraging them to pursue their relationship with God, build friendships, and stretch their comfort zone through daily activities.

GENERAL FAQ

Momentum Camp is a youth camp put on by King City Church! Momentum Camp takes place over 3 days to create a fun and faith based environment for students to build healthy community and strengthen their relationship with God.

Momentum Camp is designed for students who have completed 5th-12th grade by May 2024. We do ask that parents of incoming 6th graders use discretion and wisdom to ensure your student is ready for a week away.

Momentum Camp is held a little over 100 miles away from King City Church’s campus. The name of the campground is The Grove at Red Oak Lake in Cordova, TN.

Everyone attending Momentum Camp will depart from King City Church. All students, leaders, and staff will take charter busses to the campgrounds.

Tribe Wars is a high-intensity team competition that runs simultaneously with Momentum Camp. Each student is placed on one of 4 teams. The teams compete throughout the week in various challenges in an effort to be crowned Tribe Wars Champions.

Students will find out what Tribe they are on when they checking in to Momentum Camp.
