Online donations and payments are processed through third-party providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact the church office (info@kingcitytupelo.com) within 14 days so we can review the request. Event fees, camp payments, product purchases, and other non-donation transactions are subject to the refund or cancellation terms shown at the time of registration or purchase.

4. Email Communications

When you subscribe, complete a connection card, register for an event, or otherwise request church communications, you may receive email updates relevant to the selections you make. Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and protect information.

6. Events, Ministries, and Volunteer Participation

Certain events, ministries, volunteer roles, or programs may have additional guidelines, waivers, registration requirements, age requirements, safety procedures, background checks, or payment and cancellation terms. Those additional terms apply when you choose to participate. Volunteering does not create an employment relationship.

7. Photography, Recording, and Livestreaming

Worship services and public church events may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed. By entering areas where recording is taking place, you understand that your image, likeness, or voice may appear incidentally in church broadcasts or communications.
